  • Company Secretary: Singapore Company Act requires all Singapore companies to have at least one local resident company secretary. The company secretary must have the requisite knowledge and experience to discharge the functions of a company secretary.
  • Registered Address: Each Singapore company must have a registered office in Singapore, which must be open and accessible to the public during normal office hours.
  • Local Resident Director: A Singapore company can have any number of local and foreign directors. However, the company must have at least one director who is “ordinarily resident in Singapore” i.e. Singapore Citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident, or a person who has been issued an Entrepreneur Pass or Employment Pass. Any person above the age of 18 years may be appointed as a director.
  • Financial Year End: Each Singapore company must fix its financial year end (FYE). Financial Year End is the end of company accounting period normally recurring every 12 months.

The Accounts Manager would also help you draft financial statements in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standards (FSR) for statutory submissions:

For our basic payroll service, we charge a monthly fee of S$150 for the first 5 employee and S$20 for each additional employee. Package D: Employment Pass Application Filing
Our Employment Pass application filing service includes the following:
  • Advice and assistance with completing the application forms and preparing supporting documents
  • Filing and tracking the EP application with authorities
  • Filing an appeal if the initial application is unsuccessful. If the application is unsuccessful, we will refund you S$300 out of the S$600 fee collected.
Package E: Entrepreneur Pass Application Filing

Our Entrepreneur Pass (EntrePass) application filing service includes the following:

  • Drafting the necessary business plan based on your proposed business idea
  • Advice and assistance with completing the application forms and preparing supporting documents
  • Acting as the sponsor of your application
  • Filing and tracking the application status with authorities. If the application is unsuccessful, we will refund you S$800 out of the S$1600 fee collected.
Package F: Dependant Pass Application for Spouse

For those individuals who are applying for Entrepreneur Pass or Employment Pass and wish to bring their family along with them, they need to file Dependent Pass (DP) application for each of their family members. Our DP service includes:

  • Advice and assistance with completing the application forms and preparing supporting documents
  • Filing and tracking the application status with authorities

HiredTurf is a coworking space in Lavendar, Singapore. The workspace is located on the 9th floor of the Southbank building. It is open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and it's accessible 24/7 for permanent desk members.
